Plain-language rules for using our website and playing our games.

Agreement
By using https://wooden-pixel.com or playing a game published by Wooden-Pixel Studios, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf and is responsible for any purchase.
Our games and your licence
When you play a free game, or buy a paid one, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play it for your own enjoyment. A purchase is a lifetime licence for that game on the devices you use. It is not a sale of the software itself and does not include the right to copy, resell, modify, or redistribute it.
Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, tamper with saves or scores, or use automation on online features such as leaderboards;
- attempt to bypass a trial limit or licence check;
- use a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or contains personal information;
- interfere with the website, our services, or other players.
We may remove scores or names that break these rules.
Purchases and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are described in our refund policy.
Availability
We work hard to keep games and online features running, but we cannot promise they will be available at all times. Online features such as leaderboards may be changed or retired. Your ability to play a purchased game offline or locally is not affected by that.
Content and intellectual property
Our games, characters, art, music, names, and this website belong to Wooden-Pixel Studios or our licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of our games, including monetised videos, provided you do not present them as official or use our assets to make a competing product.
Warranty and liability
Our games and website are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on the news page. Continuing to use the site or games after a change means you accept the updated terms.
